<h1>It is 2018 and social media could not be more present in our life than it is right now.</h1>

It is all about posting and sharing your life with the world on social networks. Nearly all celebrities, models, actors, singers and other artists post about their daily lives and we normal ass groupies try to do the same. I mean, who isn't jealous of Huddah Monroes insane posing skills?! In all honesty we all want to be able to pose the same way. But how will we? Well, it is not that hard actually if you just keep following our posing guide.

Here are 5 simple but sexy poses you need to know:

1. Standing up - from the back

Sexiness from behind, yaaas. Perfect to show off your curvy body line and your, the bomb.com ass. It seems more difficult than it is. You just gotta find a nice fancy wall and then lie half against it with your shoulder and right arm, and the rest of the body you turn away in a s-shape. Always remember to stand on your tip toes! It stretches your whole body and makes you look slimmer.

2. The one leg up - from the side

This pose brings movement into your picture and works the best by wearing something flowy. Be it at the beach in a bikini and kimono or in a cute dress, it always works. Your legs will look slim and toned. If you have the balance stay on your tip toes and maybe even do a little jump. Also don’t ever forget to play with your hair!

3. Standing up front against a wall – sideways

A very seductive pose. Especially if you get the expression of your face right. You can easily practice in front of a mirror. So important here is that only your butt and your upper shoulder with head lie against the well. There has to be this hole between your back and the wall. On tip toes again, have one leg straight and the other in an angle. Then let one hand rest on the angled leg and with the other you can play with your hair or simply touch the wall. You can really get creative with this one.

4. Lying down in s-shape

This is a real sexy pose! Especially if you are lying on your bed in underwear or (which is probably more the case) in cute bikini at the beach with some sand on your body. This pose works best when you lie uphill. Really important here have on leg in an angle and the other straight then round up your upper body. Imagine you want to get a taste of heaven with your boobies… It is very flattering if you lay one arm (don’t tense) next to your body and with the other one hug your head.

Very simple but if rightly done so hot! Just turn your back to the camera and then drop one shoulder, and turn your head over the shoulder towards the camera. Again, you’ve got to practice your facial expressions first but other than that this pose always works. Don’t forget your hair to be on fleek for this one. Don’t you dare tie it back!

What about going camping? It’s a good and cheap way to get away from all the everyday hustle for a few days. You can go camping anywhere, you basically have a movable home. At first camping sounds uncomfortable and just horrible but with the right essentials and friends you can make yourself an amazing time.

Here are some useful tips and tricks to have an amazing time on your camping trip.

To have a comfortable and dry night you should obviously bring a waterproof tent. If you don’t want to buy your own tent there are multiple places you can borrow one. Or you can just ask around maybe a friend of yours already has one. Then you will also need a warm and nice sleeping bag. I would recommend to wash it first before you bring it with you. Also, to not be sleeping on the hard ground you have to bring a yoga mat with you. They are light and easy to carry around and softer than the ground.

My top tip: You don’t have to bring a pillow instead you can use your big jumper as one.

When you go camping you don’t want to bring too many clothes as you will probably firstly not have enough space for them and also you really don’t need that many clothes. You should definitely bring a warm jumper for the cold nights and a pair of comfy leggings. Also bring a few t- shirts with you as you don’t want to be wearing the same one everyday - I mean you don’t necessarily have to be the stinky one of your group. Then of course bring enough underwear and granny’s stitched comfy socks to keep your little feet warm. Bring some pair of flip flops, for you to be the stylish one: wear them with your socks.

A secret tip: roll your clothes to safe space and separate your clothes into little waterproof bags.

A very important part for everyone, I guess. Meaning, I really hope it is important to everyone… So ladies, you’ve got to cut down on your beauty essentials ( sorry for that). Bring the essentials only: Toothpaste, toothbrush, some face wipes as you won’t be able to shower and stock up on your sanitizer game. For the girls under us you can bring mascara, to keep your lashes going and a brow comb, to keep them brows on fleeeek. Other than that your face will thank you for some makeup free time.

Also tip, tip: as for towels forget your thick normal ones because the “super dry towels” exist. They dry way faster and are at the same time thin enough to fit into anything.

4. Food &amp; drinks

That should be a crucial thing on your list because how can someone have fun without good food and drinks. You should definitely bring one of these portable cookers, a sharp knife and unbreakable dishes (maybe plastic ones?). Then a top trick is to make a meal planner beforehand. Prepare easy dishes in tupperware: Some filling salads, already cooked pasta meals and chicken as you can eat them cold or easily heat them up in your cooker. Also don’t forget your favourite snacks: nuts, lots of chocolate, biscuits and fruits. For drinks bring big gallons of water and for the alcohol (obvs has priority) take some sweet whiskey and red wine with you. They will keep you warm and are not too tough on your stomach.

Secret tip: be an American for once and try out S’mores! They are melted (very nice on a bonfire) marshmallow with chocolate in between two biscuits. So delishhhh!

5. Other necessities

They can be anything you feel you can’t live without. Bring your maaan or if you don’t have one bring your little teddy bear for an even better night. Another tip of mine is to bring Trick light candles. They are candles that automatically light up again if a wind or annoying friend thinks he is funny and blows them out. Candles are just very helpful when trying to light a fire (of course a lighter should be brought as well). Another necessity could be a nice- looking picnic blanket where you can eat on. A pretty one will give some style to the camping: Turn your camping into glamping. Usually camping should not get boring but if it does it’s clever to brings some play cards and maybe a ball. The camping could also be your chance for a social media detox and to start reading a new book.

The last Tip: get you a friend who plays the guitar. I promise you it will bring your evenings to another chill/party level.

1. Monday – THE START

Alright it is the beginning of the week and your biggest task now is to prepare for the work ahead of you. First you gotta organize your messy desk from the week before and throw all the papers you don’t need anymore into the bin. It will already make you happier and reduce your feeling of stress. Now get your to-do list out and start with the easiest task first – trick your mind – soon you have the first task you can tick off your list. This will give you confidence and motivation for the long week you have ahead of you with all the annoying meetings.

Try to snack on nuts and dark chocolate, they are comforting and will energize you. Also, drinking tea especially during these cold days will help you relax, mint and chamomile teas are highly recommended.

3. Wednesday - the golden middle

Guys, celebrate it is the middle of the week! You have half the week behind you. That is a reason to celebrate with your office colleagues. Organize a fun get- together for after work, so you all have something to look forward to. At the same time it will improve the atmosphere and relation between colleagues in the office. The middle of the week also calls for another challenge, which is: learn to say “No!”. It is impossible to be able to do everything at once. Unbalanced Work overload can happen very quickly; make sure that you don’t have to do the tasks of others but get your own ones done.

4. Thursday - so close but still so far

Oh hello it is Thursday, a day of mixed feelings. Either you are a positive thinker and see Thursday as a good day, the day that screams “yeeey, only one day to go” or it is the opposite. Well, in that case my advice for you is stay of that bloody phone in the morning and instead have a nice walk outside, if possible go to a park, and drink a huge glass of water. It will refresh you and clear your mind. Some me-time in the morning will separate you from all the work stress and get you psychologically ready for the day. Try to think about the fact that there is only Friday left.

5. Friday - THE END

TGIF – Thank God It’s Friday! The weekend is so close but don’t forget you still have tasks to get done before. Do not let the weekend feeling stop you from getting up early and checking your to-do list. See how much you have left and make a tight plan so that you get everything done by the time the clock shouts “get down ‘cause it’s the weekeeend!”. Listen to some Jazz music and eat your brainfood to keep you going. You will be proud and glad at the end of the day that you can have a work-free weekend and fully enjoy your well-deserved Friday night-out.

Who else is not practicing enough sports and feels the need to start one? I personally definitely do, if only there wouldn’t be my big problem with laziness…

However, I came across this Africa Yoga Project and did some further research and now I am keen and convinced to start practicing yoga.

Here are 7 VERY good reasons on why you should do the same if you too are lazy and not sport motivated like me.

1.No equipment needed.

Yoga is a cheap sport to practice as there is no equipment required except your own body. There are also no excuses for not practicing yoga as it can be practiced everywhere. Outside in the mountains, at the beach, in your garden or inside in your house. You can either use the tutorials on YouTube or you can actually join a real yoga class.

Yoga encourages relaxation and lowers the stress hormones like cortisol. It also reduces anxiety which leads to the reduction of physical effects of stress on the body. This will lower the blood pressure as well as the heart rate and improve and boost your digestive and immune system. A relief in stress will even help you sleep better.

3. Makes you stronger and fitter.

Yoga is a full body workout therefore it involves all the muscles of the body. You work on your fitness with the dynamic movements and on your posture and functional strength with the static holds. A great combo of a massage and a full body gym session.

4. You will have hotter sex.

Studies say that yoga unquestionably increases the levels of testosterone and therefore rises the sexual activity and desire in men and women. Also, doing yoga improves your confidence and physical performance which will give you greater satisfaction in bed.

5.You will make new friendships.

By joining a yoga class you will meet many other people with the same anticipation and intentions. Everyone will be from a different background and have different beliefs and visions. Even by just having a private class you can get a deep meaningful connection to your yoga teacher. You will discover new communities as well as new inspirational relationships.

Yoga is an exercise where you will burn calories but also improve your mindfulness and awareness of your surroundings. That will lead to a better feeling in terms of your eating habits and reduce the risk of you binge eating. Even the stress reduce will help you control your weight.

It is said that practicing yoga reduces the pain of people diagnosed with cancer, autoimmune diseases and of the people suffering from tension in back and neck areas

<h1>I arrived to Nairobi only a few days ago and I could not have had a better first weekend in this impressive but crazy country. Thrift Social was my first big night/day out and it was the most amazing and incredible thing ever.</h1>

I arrived there on my own with no big expectations and I can tell you I was overwhelmed. To calm down and to get a feeling for this event I decided to walk around the place a little.

My first impression was that I was totally underdressed from head to toe with my jeans jacket and boring colourful trousers. Everyone was so creative with their looks and just so good looking. They were probably looking at me being like ‘what, an unstylish white loner is that girl’.

But I still didn’t feel out of place or anything, I was just really enjoying myself looking at all the cool stands and people. Then I went to the stage and that was when the real fun started. People were already dancing, drinking (only the big bottles - nothing small) and saving their places for the main act Sautisol. The vibe was just so cool and friendly! I directly made new friends who invited me to drinks (in exchange for cigarettes obviouslyyy…) and to just hang with them. From there we continued to dance the night away watching the coolest acts and having the best drunk night.

It was so different to everything I had ever witnessed before. This event just blew my mind: the colours, the people, the style, the music (btw I totally want to marry Sauti Sol’s guitarist now), the whole atmosphere!

I tell you at home I would have never gone to a festival on my own but here in Kenya it was so easy. Everyone was so open, welcoming and fun with me. And btw if you are not Kenyan and have ever wondered what real Kenyan fashion looks like, Uhuru Gardens would have been the place for you this Sunday. I cannot wait for all the other coolest experiences I will make and events I will go to here in Kenya.

The brave TV personality stated that getting to meet that person who understands her situation and pain is difficult. She said, “Yes yes because the pain so much I don’t to go through it and to find someone who understands that and someone who is willing to live with you through that pain is hard having to see you go through pain every month is crazy.”

<h1>NTV’s Trend show panelist Cindy Ogana had her baby shower this past weekend.</h1>

The TV personality revealed the news through her Instagram where she thanked her friend for organizing her baby shower.

She wrote, “I am so blessed to have the bestest friend in the whole wide world. Thank you  for organising an AMAZING baby shower. Let's eat up this life(tukule maisha) , my fairest June...With a fork and knife, with a plate and a spoon.”

Within no time her comment section started to be filled with congratulatory messages and well wishers.

The mother of one revealed she was expectant in a #FormNiGani post. In the post, she urged the youth to make informed decisions about sex and that they should be aware of the consequences of sex. She also said that sex should be left to those who can handle it responsibly.

<h1>Tanzania king of pop Diamond Platnumz has been taken to court in yet another child support case by a Kenyan woman.</h1>

The baby mama who is known as Gladys Butoto claims that Diamond is the father of her one year and half daughter named Patience.

The mother revealed that she has tried to seek for financial help from the ‘Love You Die’ singer but her efforts have not yielded fruits as the singer keeps making promises that he does not fulfil.

Plans were underway to conduct a DNA which the star had reportedly assented to but later backed out.

Gladys stated that she did not have intentions of taking the whole issue to court but the situation forced her. The lady who currently spends her night outside Oysterbay police post in Tanzania says that if Diamond could have cooperated they would have agreed and settled the whole issue once.

She narrated her story to Global Publishers that she had gone back to Kenya after Diamond failed to show up for the DNA test but gave a second thought and opted to return back to Tanzania.

“Mwanangu anaumwa lakini nimekuja naye hivyohivyo ili nijue hatma yangu na pia twende mbele ya sheria maana hata mama yake alishawahi kusema mimi ni chizi lakini siwezi kumsingizia mwanaye hata kidogo kuhusu hilo,” alisema mwanamke huyo akionesha barua za kumburuza Diamond mahakamani,” she added.

Sarah recently headlined tabloids after reports surfaced that she was allegedly involved sexually with Diamond’s well-built manager Mwarabu Fighter.

The news later reached the Italian born woman who responded by denying the claims. Sarah wrote a post informing online users that they (Her and Harmonize) are still in love.

Halima Hassan, Zari’s mother made curtains for a living and often, she received so many orders which had to be delivered and since she wanted to ensure all her kids never lacked anything, she spent her nights preparing the curtains.

Other than making curtains, Halima had another hustle which was dress making. Owing to her prowess in the field, she had so many clients who kept her busy even when she was supposed to be sleeping.

Zari revealed to True Love Magazine that her mother was her best friend and she shared everything with her. Her expertise in cooking is courtesy of her mother. The boss lady stated, “I think my mum molded me into the woman I am today. She taught me how to stand tall in whatever you believe in and to love yourself most of all.”

Having all these memories Zari got traumatized on losing her mother. Halima passed on last year. She was diagnosed with cancer and it was while it was at a later stage.

The mother of five has opened up on her mother’s struggles days after she was reunited with the father of her children and ex-fiancée Diamond Platnumz.

Diamond’s manager went to South Africa to hold reconciliation talks with Zari and later they were joined by the pop singer. They have restored harmony and friendly relations but they will maintain as parents of Tiffah and Nillan and not lovers as it were earlier.

Zari dumped Diamond on Valentine’s Day and she cited unfaithfulness as the main cause of their publicized break up.

Zari Hassan opens up on the struggles her mother went through to raise 7 kids

<h1>Self-made comedian Timothy Njuguna, known to many as Njugush has revealed that he often washes his baby and even changes his diapers.</h1>

The petite humorist revealed this in an interview which he shared on his YouTube channel. He admitted that he has been looking forward to being a father since he was young adding that he is so excited having achieved his long-awaited dream.

Njugush, together with his wife Celestine Ndinda have a son who is three months old now. During the interview, he was keen to point out that the 0-3 years old age group is very important for a kid and it is important for parents to spend time playing and teaching their kids since it is at this stage where the brain develops.

“The first days kuwa mwalimu, cheza na yeye and you will be connected It is no wonder watoto hupenda mama zao because baba ni wa kuenda mashughuli as mama anabaki na watoto.”

About father’s day, the comedian said, “I can’t wait. I am a super dad yeey!,” He further expounded on what it means to be a super dad and this was his response, “More of everything lazima you hustle and be there for the family.” Adding that, “Naosha nachange diaper kitu inanishinda tu ni kunyonyesha.”

Unlike many other celebrities especially in the entertainment scene, Njugush will not open a social media account for his child.

“Opening an account for our child will not be one of our agendas because according to me, that is a personal decision they can make when they reach 18,” Njugush said in an interview earlier.

<h1>Diamond Platnumz father Mzee Abdul seems to have made peace with his daughter Queen Darleen after their massive fall out months ago.</h1>

The WCB singer recently shared a post on her Instagram that encouraged children on being appreciative of their parents during Eid. Her post read:

“Je wanunua mahitaji ya Ramadhan na wawashonea au hata kuwanunulia nguo za Eid watoto wako? Usisahau yule alokuwa akikununulia nguo za Eid (Baba) Usisahau aliyekuwa akikuvalisha nguo ya asubuhi ya usiku ya Eid hali ya kuwa anatabasamu na kubusu uso wako kwa furaha (Mama) Musisahau kuwapa zawadi wazazi wenu waliohai na musisahau kuwatolea sadaqa na kuwaombea Dua wazazai wenu waliokufa.”

The ‘Kijuso’ hit maker further captioned his post, “Allah Cjui kama <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/mzeee/" id="2da9a39a-efdf-5ebc-b89f-0e40107251ab">#MZEEE</a>ABDUL ATAKUBALI zawadi Zangu.”

Following her post, a Tanzanian media outlet told Mzee Abdul informed him of his daughter’s doubts and stated that he will gladly receive the gifts if his daughter gives him.

Queen Darleen’s dad said, “Yule mimi ni binti yangu, japo hapo awali tulikorofishana mpaka vyombo vya habari vikajua, lakini kama ataamua kuja kuomba msamaha nitampokea na mtoto akishaomba msamaha huwezi ukamkatalia kama kweli ataniletea zawadi nitazipokea na nitazitumia.”

The two had a massive fall out early this year prompting Mzee Abdul to declare that Darleen should not even attend his funeral when he dies.
