The duo was weeks ago thought to have debuted their romance when pictures of them cozying up to each other in a car surfaced online.
In the snaps, Kardashi, who had earlier vowed to put relationships on hold after her crashing break-up with Mr Henrie, bragged about “breathing the same air as Zuli Tums."
However, Zulitums has now clarified that the photos were taken in a mischievous moment after a long day of work.

The duo, he said, had been shooting an episode on Kardashi’s new Television show, when they decided to take a selfie.
“You know she recently started a TV show with Swangz Avenue, where she interviews artists during a car ride,” Zulitums told Ruth Kalibbala.
“So, after the shoot we took a selfie, only that we went a little extra. But there is nothing at all between us,” he said.
“Where would I begin to replace (Henrie) like that? Please give me some respect.”
Zulitums, real names Sam Ssemogerere revealed in the interview that he’s still childless and is currently not involved in any relationship. He also has no interest in dating older women.
“I want to get my own woman who has not been touched by anyone else,” he said.
Kardashi on the other hand, has had some misfortune with love, having trudged through a number of relations with the likes of Geosteady and Mr Henrie, which has also earned her disrepute amongst fans online.
