In a post seen by Pulse Live, Mama Mueni said that if it’s not for quarantine, she could be celebrating 21Kgs loss, because she has added 4Kgs in the past three months.

Many people have been walking down the weight loss journey in a bit stay healthy and boost their Body immune system.

“I kept postponing diets/workouts/waist training till January 3rd 2019 when I was walking in town with my best friend and I was slowly losing breathing (sp). That night I had a meeting with myself and told myself enough is enough, logged in to Pinterest reviewed all the diets and landed on one (13 days metabolism diet). DISCLAIMER: Am no doctor so I don’t know how recommendable the diet is. So after the diet, I lost 7.3 Kgs (5 inches around my midsection) I took a break for 3 days then did 5 days cardiologist diet, lost 1.2 Kgs, all this time I am on consistent waist training. I drink at least 4 litres of water daily to curb hunger, I do home workouts and this February I am doing 21 days no wheat, no sugar, no fried food and no carbs after 3 pm challenge,”&nbsp;she confessed.

Bahati’s Baby Mama Yvette Obura penned down an emotional letter to <a href="https://www.pulselive.co.ke/entertainment/bahatis-baby-mama-yvette-obura-demands-brand-new-car-and-house-from-the-singer-video/e42yx22">her daughter Mueni Bahati</a>, teaching her how to navigate in a world full of hatred and be thankful in all circumstances.

In her heartfelt letter, Ms Obura told her daughter to prepare to be scrutinized and criticized by people because her life is already in the public.

She further disclosed that people have already started calling her ugly, something she doesn’t agree with.

In a Q&amp;A session on Diana’s Vlog, Bahati sought to find out how many kids Ms Marua has, a question that prompted her to explain why she rarely acknowledges Mueni Bahati as her daughter in public and her fall out with her mother Yvette Obura.

“How many kids do you have?" asked Bahati.

Why Mueni is not my daughter on social media

Bahati interjected reminding her that she shared on social media stating that she only had three kids.

The confusion forced Ms Marua to clear that air saying; “Yes, unajua kuna social media na kuna real life, so social media kuna watu wamecreate their own life, like it’s another world that we live in. I have four kids in real life, that’s Morgan, Heaven, Majesty and Mueni that’s in real life. On social media I have three kids and the kids are Morgan, Heaven and Majesty. Do you know why? When we started dating you told me about Mueni and we had plans to get kids too, I wanted my kids to be out there coz my life is open”

“If you remember I’m the one who even opened her (Mueni’s) Instagram and we took some photos, then you requested me to post a photo of her; and I did it clean heartedly coz you requested me na hakukua na issue. I remember after posting Mueni’s photo I was attacked, and I was like I wasn’t expecting this. Mama Mueni attacked me, her sister also attacked me. So that’s why Mueni is not my daughter on social media. Mueni is my daughter but that’s how I will put it,” said Diana Marua.

Following Mama Heaven’s explanation, Bahati wanted to know if she had forgiven his baby mama and if she was ready to meet her, a question she is yet to answer.

It was evident during their conversation that Mama Mueni and Diana are not in good terms and they have never met.

Former Churchill Show comedian Owago Onyiro has for the first time disclosed the reason as to why he quit his well-paying radio job at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC)

Speaking exclusively to&nbsp;Pulselive.co.ke,&nbsp;Owago said that he decided to leave the KBC Radio Taifa job because of some of his colleagues, who did not like the idea of him being there.

The comedian went on to say that the colleagues who had worked at the station for many years felt bad because he was young, and was being paid a lot of money compared to what they earned.

“Radio nilifanya lakini unajua kuna wale watu wana roho mbaya mpaka nikaona mbona nikorofishane na watu. Unajua wanaona sisi tumefanya hapa kazi miaka Kumi, huyu mtoto anakuja juzi na analipwa hela mingi. Kuna vitu mimi kama mtu kutoka huko Kisumu siwezi kubali nikawaachia tu. KTN news Anchor Ben Kitili’s wife Amina Mude disclosed that she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism back in 2015 immediately after the birth her first born daughter.

In a series of posts on Instagram, the mother of two mentioned that she started experiencing a sudden gain in weight and this got her depressed, but she is grateful&nbsp;to have discovered her condition early.

“I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism back in 2015 immediately after I had my daughter. I was experiencing almost all symptoms of hypothyroidism. Depression and severe weight gain were my biggest concern. I was 95kgs from 69kgs. This was followed by episodes of depression. Thank God I discovered that I was hypothyroid. 4 years down the line, I have been able to control my thyroid levels. Am happier and healthier,” she said.

"A lifestyle change as well as proper medications has helped me lose 30kgs, from 110kgs to 80kgs. January is thyroid awareness month. In line with creating awareness on my page, I have a support group for anyone living with hypothyroidism,” said Amina.

Hypothyroidism- is a condition in which the thyroid gland is not able to produce enough thyroid hormone whose main purpose is to run the body's metabolism. People with this condition will have symptoms associated with a slow metabolism.

Gospel singer Bahati saw it fit to block his baby mama, Yvette Obura! Can you imagine! Speaking on Bahati Reality, the singer said he blocked the mother to his daughter, because she was talking to blogs about him.

He went on to say that at the time he only communicated with Mueni’s grandmother, further <a data-link-role-code="none" href="https://www.pulselive.co.ke/entertainment/bahati-explains-why-he-blocked-his-baby-mama-yvette-obura/3dh3k0f" rel="noopener noreferrer">accusing Yvette of wishing herself </a>a Happy Father’s Day, instead of him.

“Haujui mbona nilikublock? Sasa kama mtu hajui mbona nilimblock si hakuna haja ya hii meeting. Kama Yvette naamka leo tuko sawa, kidogo watu wametuona kwa Bahati Reality usiku, asubuhi najipata niko Mpasho. Kuna saa Yvette ameniweka kwa blogs sana for no good reason hadi nikaanza kudhani anafanya kazi huko. Sasa utafanya aje ndio usione huyu mtu, si unamblock. Mimi naongeanga na shosho yake. In response, Ms Obura stated that she has never done such a thing and she only wished her father and brothers a Happy Father’s Day. Co-parenting can be difficult, right?

RnB singer, Otile Brown was forced to delete his latest song ‘Nauelewa’ from YouTube. Otile had featured is Ethiopian girlfriend Nabayet as a vixen.

In a series of Insta-Stories he posted on Instagram, the ‘Baby love’ hit maker explained that he had to pull it down because Nabayet’s family did not appreciate her being featured in the video.

He apologized to his fans for the inconvenience, saying he would find a way to post the audio or an edited version of the video.

“I respect my girl and I love her at the end of the day it’s not about me or my fans, it’s something that affects somebody who is close to me and in one way or another I have to respect her. So, I had to do it for my girl,” said Otile.

Gospel singer Linet Munyali who goes by the stage name Size 8 this week stepped out with her newborn baby for the first time.

In photos seen by <a href="https://www.pulselive.co.ke/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Pulselive.co.ke</a>, an excited Size 8 could not hide her joy, even as she hid her newborn child’s face from the public.

The mother of two went on to say how grateful she was to God for blessing her with another child and for always taking care of her.

Kings Music Records boss Alikiba finally spoke after Kenyan socialite and former Nairobi Diaries actress Bridget Achieng claimed to be his ex-girlfriend.

Addressing the media during the launch of his new song featuring Christian Bella (Chaku), King Kiba said that he received the claims as a message from any other fan.

His words came just a day after Ms Achieng in an interview with a local radio station claimed that they were a couple but the relationship did not last long.

She said they only dated for about a year before they went separate ways, but they remain close friends.

The week came to a close with drama after Apostle James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism responded to King Kaka for mentioning him in his song ‘Wajinga Nyinyi’

In a video that has since gone viral, the Neno Evangelism preacher said King Kaka is foolish and he should look for his age mates to play with.

He went on to ask the Kaka Empire boss to look for touts to talk with, because he (Ng’ang’a) is a commander, as he kept on referring to him as <a data-link-role-code="none" href="https://www.pulselive.co.ke/entertainment/mama-yako-ni-girlfriend-yangu-pastor-james-nganga-responds-to-king-kaka-after/m65n2hf" rel="noopener noreferrer">Kang Kaka instead of King Kaka</a>.

Ng’ang’a added that they live in two different worlds, further stating that the rapper’s mother is his girlfriend. He also reiterated that the message should get to King Kaka.
