Bebe Cool, during a TikTok live session, claimed that his rival, Bobi Wine, is more tactical than strategic.
Robert Greene, an acclaimed author of books on war strategy, describes a tactic as an improvisation to address an immediate situation, whereas a strategy focuses on long-term outcomes.

He argued that Wine emulated Jose Chameleone's approach of appealing to public sympathy, a tactic that, according to Cool, is only effective for a limited time.
"When Bobi Wine entered politics, he relied solely on public sympathy. He learned this from Joseph Mayanja," said the "Mukomera" hitmaker.
Bebe Cool mentioned a conversation with Chameleone, advising him that playing the sympathy card has a major drawback: it requires constant compliance with public expectations.
"I told him that approach must end. It means you have to do only what people tell you," he explained, adding that there comes a time in everyone's life when you need to act in line with your own convictions, which becomes difficult if you fear public disapproval.
"You don't want to reach a point where the public turns against you," he continued, emphasising that as a leader, you should never allow the public to control you.
Bebe Cool's remarks may hold some truth, as Chameleone faced significant challenges when he ran for the Kampala Lord Mayorship.
He lost the election, and even his occasional ally, Bobi Wine, refused to support him by offering the National Unity Platform's flag, the political party that Wine leads.
