Juliana gives verdict on Bebe Cool’s new album

Ugandan music star Juliana Kanyomozi has shared her thoughts on Bebe Cool’s new album Break The Chains, which is set to be released next week.

Juliana was one of the select few invited to a listening session for the new album.

In her verdict, she expressed a deep admiration for the project and praised the artist’s growth and versatility.

Juliana described the album as a “combination of all kinds of flavours for everyone,” and praised Bebe Cool’s ability to sound different and versatile throughout the project.

“It is so worth the wait,” she said, clearly impressed by the freshness and innovation in the tracks. 

Anticipation for the Album’s Release

She noted that the album inspires not only fans but also fellow artists, calling it possibly the first time Ugandan music has embraced such a distinctive sound.

Her close friendship with Bebe Cool added a personal touch to her verdict. 

“Bebe inviting me for this session was such an honour because he has been a friend of mine since the beginning of our careers,” she said. 

“We started together and have watched each other grow. Where he is now is something he has earned through hard work.”

Juliana singled out one track, Home, as her favourite to share with fans: “I cannot wait to play that song to my people at home… especially when you are at a barbecue with your speakers out. I’m eager to see their reaction.”

Bebe Cool has described Break The Chains as more than just an album—it’s a statement about breaking barriers and pushing Ugandan music onto the global stage.

His recent singles like Love You Everyday have already earned millions of streams worldwide, building momentum ahead of the album’s release.
