The Crested Cranes will be in action on Sunday as they take on West Africa giants Senegal in the second group stage match at 6pm.

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has conveyed his message to Uganda women’s team, the Crested Cranes ahead of TotalEnergies WAFCON 2022, Morocco.
Hosts Morocco, also in group A will kick off the tournament against Burkina on Saturday.
As the tournament gets underway, the former Premier League football manager and legendary figure of Arsenal’s golden era, Wenger has passed on his message to the team.
In a video posted by former Crystal Palace women’s team player, Jean Sseninde, Wenger said he is affirmative the team will perform well.
The Crested Cranes are pooled in group A alongside hosts Morocco, Burkina Faso and Senegal.
Uganda’s maiden appearance at the tournament came in 2000.
Meanwhile Fufa president Moses Magogo says the girls are motivated to represent to the last pint of their energy.
“As the #TotalEnergiesWAFCON2022 gets underway today, I am glad to say that the Crested Cranes spirit in camp are high and the girls are very well motivated to represent the over 40millions Ugandans with even the last pint of their energy”, he noted after addressing the girls yesterday.
