Micho trims CHAN squad, drops seven players
Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic aka Micho has dropped seven players from the provisional squad preparing for the CHAN tournament.
On Thursday, Micho let go seven players to trim the earlier group of over 32 players. According to sources in the Uganda Cranes camp in Kisasi, the Serbian tactician will announce his final squad on Saturday before they depart to Tunisia for build-up matches.
The seven players include; Vuni Bright, Grant Matsiko, Ssenoga Hussein, Kiggundu Arthur, Cromwell, Sssenoga Kagawa and Obenchan Filbert.
Uganda is in Group B of CHAN 2022 alongside Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal and Ivory Coast
