UBL debuts flavoured beer, Rockshore

Uganda Breweries Limited’s (UBL) recently-unveiled Rockshore Tropical Beer made its debut at premium picnic, Blankets and Wines, last weekend, in a flamboyant display of colour and splendour.

A first of its kind, the flavoured beer made a proud display of the brand’s playful and vibrant character.

The new beer had an extraordinary consumer brand experience, exciting revelers in playful artworks, a pop-up store with picture pops like hats and cute little umbrellas, which the revelers utilized to create dazzling social media content.

The beer kept the party alive by delighting consumers with free Rockshore beers.

At the event, the blue themed décor lured thousands of revelers to get their first experience with the beer.

To crystalise the beer’s splendour, revelers were ushered into the Blankets and Wines picnic through a Rockshore beer branded tunnel with the impossible-to-resist beer sampling for everyone.

“Rockshore Tropical Beer is a light, crisp beer with a zingy pineapple and passion fruit flavor specially made for you and your crew in celebration of the perfect occasion whether at the club, bar, at home or work, and even on holiday,” said Angella Mpayenda, the UBL Innovations Projects Manager.

“As Uganda Breweries, we have increased engagement with flavored brands, giving us an insight into the dynamic needs of consumers which we hope to meet with Rockshore. We encourage consumers to rock their flava with Rockshore,” she added.

Rockshore is now available at supermarkets, distributors, stockists and different bars around the country at the recommended retail price of UGX 4,500.

Consumers can also order the tropical beer on e-commerce platforms like Jumia and Kikuubo Online.
