In memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s 2018 Halloween costumes had to make it to the top of the list. The Queen would have been proud of Teigen's matching green ensemble of hat to coat. Legend's costume's red costume wasn't already adorned with six "medals", we would have given him five-stars.
