When you are so exhausted sometimes and you have no desire to eat or do any other activity, it brings about depression and sometimes fatigue. You will need to seek more information from professional medical personnel before depression gets serious.

Hormone-based medication can be a problem. Some drugs too are also known to impact mood swings which keep you unwell. You have to let your doctor know what’s going on.
Alcohol or Drug Use
These affect your brain’s molecules that are used by the nervous system to transmit messages between neurons, or from neurons to muscle, and can make you feel really low. Sometimes you will need to quit drinking and usage of other drugs to get well.
Lack of Sleep
Sometimes when you are tired, your body loses some of its ability to regulate emotions. You really have to know how your body works and try getting eight hours of sleep a night to kill this off before it brings in depression.
