According to the blogger, he is in support of the budget and says that it’s very necessary because the speaker of the country is not like other dignitaries or personalities.

Looking at the budget that is making rounds on social media, the late Hon Jacob Oulanyah’s burial will cost the government over 2.5 billion ugx.

The budget has caused a lot of tension and debates, especially on social media with people asking why the government should be spending all this money on someone who is already dead.

Isma says the budget will inspire and encourage many people to work hard and study jobs that can lead them to such positions, especially the youth still in school.

While appearing on Urban TV morning show Rush Hour, Isma said people should have it at the back of their minds that everyone who serves their countries diligently and excessively, they are and will always be honored and supported even at the last hour of their death and burial.

He also added that 30% of the burial budget is going to be covered by the late speaker of parliament’s salary.

Isma says since such burials are always honored by big personalities from both within and outside the country, sectors like security which has been given Ugx 158.5m on Security deserved to be given more money like 500 million ugx.
