They have attracted a considerable following because of the eccentricity of the show in which they also invite guests to talk about relationships and dating.
In one of the recent episodes they hosted social commentator Frank Gashumba who took aim at men who are mean.
"Men who don't give deserve death. Because the Bible and the Qur'an specifically stipulate that women must be supported. Women must be given/supported. There is nothing that makes a girl happy than receiving a Mobile Money message before she even asks for the money,” Gashumba said.
He also noted that a woman is free to date multiple men until one of them practically shows that he is interested in exclusiveness.
"Any girl that has no ring, your boyfriend has never visited your home, has never been introduced, there is nothing stopping her from having four boyfriends,” he said.
"Why? I am in trials. [Some of them could be fake and she's not sure who the right one is]. Unless the man visited your home, got introduced, or threw a wedding party for you,” he said, adding that if he has never done anyone of that, a woman is free to date non-exclusively.
Meanwhile, Nsanyuka Nawe was one of Blu*3 hit songs.
The girl singing group was originally composed of Cindy Sanyu, who joined at 17, Lillian Mbabazi joined when she was 19, and Jackie Chandiru was 18.
Then in 2008, four years after its founding in 2004, Cindy left and Mya Baganda was brought in. With Baganda, the asterisk was removed to make it Blu 3.
In 2010, both Chandiru and Mbabazi embarked on solo careers. The original three have recently hinted at reuniting for a project.
