Music lovers will this festive season be treated to a three-day gala dubbed The Terminal Kampala.

The three-day event, which will feature performances from artistes across Africa, will be held at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala on December 30 and 31, then head to Skyz Hotel Naguru on January 1, 2023.
The organisers say 25 music arts will perform at the fete and five have already been unveiled.
They include Nigerian star Diamond Jimma, known for songs like I Will Survive, Kokoka and Miofo, and Zimbwabean singer and songwriter Sha Sha, who has scooped multiple Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards nominations.
Born Charmaine Shamiso Mapimbiro, Sha Sha, one of the biggest Amapiano hitmakers, is known for jams like Tender Love, Trying, Ungowami and Woza.
DopeNation is also coming to Kampala for the first time on December 30.
"Of ours from Accra have just released an electrifying song (Gboza). It is so addictive... We've warned you 😎😎," said The Terminal Kampala organisers while confirming their appearance.
DopeNation is a Ghanaian musical duo of identical twin brothers, composed of Michael Boafo, popularly known as B2, and Tony Boafo, also known as Twist.
Some of their songs include Zenabu, Kpanla, Zanku, Bird, Today, Thank God, Naami, Mind Your Business and CEO.
Ya Levis Dalwear, real name Prince Nemiala, hails from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and is known for songs like Katchua, Nakati, Penzi and Chocolat.
Tanzanian singer and songwriter Omary Ally Mwanga, known professionally as Marioo will be returning to Kampala and he has some new songs out, including Dear Ex, Me Amor and For You.
Away from music, the event will also feature games and an awards ceremony.
