Her new song Wuuba is another dancehall party song that talks about jubilations.
The video features a couple of pretty girls dancing while throwing up hands in jubilation. In the song, Pia Pounds also lyrically talks about her musical journey and how not giving up has helped her push and elevate her career to greater heights. Part of the lyrics read, “Small town, big town I make it now, you know I made it now.”
The song is a masterful piece of work with simple lyrics and powerful mastered beats that bring out the dancehall vibes in her. The scenes and camera work in the video are perfectly aligned and the colors and lighting in the video were well directed.
The three-minute-long song is a complete transmission of Pia Pounds vocal ability and she has taken her creativity to new heights with much effort in the song. The beats are consistently unique and nice, giving the song much of its drawing power and the lyrics are confessional and relatable.
The video was shot by Swangz Avenue, directed by Marvin Musoke and the audio was done by Kusseim.
