During the incident, it's alleged that one person was injured and reportedly hospitalised in a critical condition who was later confirmed to be Caldwell and he died from the stab wounds.

The organizer of the event [Live Nation] ended the event as soon as the incident happened.

“There was an altercation in the roadway backstage,” the promoter told AFP in a statement.

“Out of respect for those involved and in coordination with local authorities, artists and organizers decided not to move forward with remaining sets.”

Snoop Dogg also tweeted that he was in his dressing room when he was told about the incident and decided to leave immediately.
