Christian Kamanya, the head of events at Kash, said the singers will arrive on December 29 after which a press conference will be held.
"They're going to give us the best," Kumanya said.
Ruger, who is known for top hits like Girlfriend, Dior, and Snapchat --was last in Kampala on February 14, to perform for revelers on Valentine's day at the Big Brunch which was hosted at Dungu Resort Munyonyo.
His last tour, however, was judged by many as lackluster.
The show was curtain raised by HitNature, Kohen Jaycee and Azawi, who performed her hit songs My Year, Slow Dancing, Repeat It, and Majje.
Titch was last in Kampala in July to perform at Club Dome with Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold. Most revelers would argue that Tich outshined Gold.
Some of his popular songs are Big Flexa, Goat, Superstar, Just Do It, Maganga, Areyeng, Maitama, Uthini and Nkalakatha.
Meanwhile, Kash said they are also planning a kid’s event that will be held on January 21, 2023.
Kash has been in the entertainment industry for over a decade and he operates clubs in Dubai, where has been for around 10 years, and he is the co-founder of B-Club, which opened in Kampala this year.
