Trace Studios has taken over as the official distributor of the Ugandan made film, “Order from above”.
The producer of Order from Above the movie, Thompson Steve Ayeny said he believed the opportunity will create more open doors for talented movie actors and makers in Uganda, East Africa and the whole of Africa.
“I believe in raw talent, venturing into untapped stories. This is exactly what we did with this film; we came together and told our story our way. It was our passion and vision to tell it to the world,” said Ayeny.
The movie tells the story of two youths, Otti and Aguti, who were friends during the hard times of Northern Uganda Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) situations. The two later fall in love and have to live through the difficult war times.
