"Parliament I am coming, Honourable Kasendwa Richard, the People of Buddu I hope to have your support," he wrote.
Bafana is following in the steps of many musicians who ran for public office in the 2021 general elections the likes of Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine, who he campaigned for.
Some of his fans advised him to not go chasing waterfalls in politics, but to stick to the rivers and lakes he's used to and keep doing what he knows best which is music.
In the past few days, Bafana has been accused of beating a notorious Tiktok entertainer within an inch of his life. Like Cephco, the Tiktoker who recently fell on Full Figure's bad side, Yiga has been pinned for attacking celebrities as content for his channel.
Among the celebrities who have fallen victim to his vicious verbal attacks is the "Tuli Majje" singer, who has denied the accusations saying he did not lay a hand on the youngster.
However, he applauded his team of boys that moves with him for inflicting pain on the Tiktok entertainer, saying that Yiga was due a disciplinary beating.
“I didn’t beat that TikToker but my boys did. He has been abusing me for some time and I hadn’t got hold of him. Boys like him deserve to be disciplined because If we don’t our generation will be rotten. Even other abusive boys will be punished am sure,” Ziza Bafana said.
He recently released a music project titled "Ensolo".
