Masaka-based tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa has assured women eyeing an intimate relationship with him to forget about it if they want relationships that are longer than five years.

"That's my way of doing things... So, if you come with the intention of staying at my place for more than five years, don't waste your time," Lwasa said while speaking to newsmen on Monday evening.

The 52-year-old businessman, who confessed to getting "angry so fast", has had a share of bizarre relationships, which have not been helped by the spicing from social media rumor mongering.

In March of 2021, Angel Kwakunda introduced Lwasa to her family in Nakasongola. On the day of the introduction, she promised to give him 12 kids.

"I will give birth to the 12 children that my husband wants now that I accepted to marry him and I don't have a problem with him getting other women. I met him dating Nabantazi and other women, that is him and not much is about to change, so I have no problem with giving birth to more of his children," Kwakunda said.

Before celebrating the first anniversary, they were already fodder for gossip bloggers, as they traded accusations from theft, cheating and other wide ranging forms of immorality.

"She was too local and getting that village out of her was not easy. She was seeing money and everything for the first time. She was so uncontrollable because of the excitement," Lwasa said after the couple broke up.

The straight-talking businessman also had a strange relationship with TV presenter Diana Nabatanzi that also ended in a baffling manner, with the former accusing the latter of stealing from him.

"Whoever is going to fall in love with Dianah Nabantazi should know what she is capable of...she is fond of stuffing clothes around her tummy area to make it look like she is pregnant. I heard she was saying that I am not capable of having children, I have 18 and I am looking forward to an additional 12 to make 30," Lwasa has been quoted as saying.

He has said serial dating is not a problem, as "women want money and I have it".

He says among the many options available to spend his money, hooking up with women is one of the most viable.

On domestic violence, which has been a highly-debated topic following the case of singer Weasel and his girlfriend Sandra Teta, Lwasa said: "I've never beaten anyone... I can't beat [a woman]... If I disagree with a person, I just separate from them. I don't beat. If I was the type that beats, I would still be with my first wife. We are not together because I don't beat."

Lwasa has also dated songstress Desire Luzinda, but socialite Zari Hassan refused to date him.
