Ragga Dee says that now that the economy is fully reopened and everything is back to normal with nightlife and concerts proceeding in high gear, it's high time the president thought about his “grandchildren” that earn from riding boda bodas because they also have a life to live and families to support.

According to Ragga Dee, having bars and concerts open requires a means of transport taking people to and from events or bars.
Boda bodas, he says, provide such transport and should also be freed to operate without restrictions since they are widely used, especially at night. He noted that they are widely used because they are quick, reliable and cheaper to so many people.
He adds that with such riders still having curfew time, party people are finding it hard to go back to their homes, especially in the wee hours of the morning.
Ragga Dee says that there are only a few Ugandans who can afford hiring or buying cars that can be used to go to such events and concerts which happen in the night.
When the curfew on bodas is removed, Ragga Dee says, there will be so many people going and attending concerts and events because of the easier means of transportation.
This will lead to more event managers getting money, something which boosts the economy and wellbeing of such individuals.
The Ndigida singer also added that venues that host such events and concerts are located in urban areas which are not residential and so the people that attend them come from long distances and its boda bodas that easily access such venues.
Currently, Boda boda's are supposed to operate from 6:30am to 6pm.
