According to him, this is like another solution to boost the rate at which Ugandan music is played in different places and hangouts.
He also says having a personal deejay that understands a musician very well helps out in promotions. Personal deejays also help a musician put up an extraordinary performance because they are in the know of how to set the vibe for the artist better while on stage perfoming.
Since deejays play from different bars, events and hangouts, it helps out in boosting the musicians brand as well as the music to different kinds of people.
During the show, Douglas said
"I call upon musicians to hire professional personal deejays. They understand the musician better and also set the mood for the artist when it comes to performance. Deejays also promote music in several hangouts and bars,” Douglas Lwanga said.
There are a few musicians that have personal deejays like Bebe Cool, Eddy Kenzo and Fik Fameica.
