The music video itself was a breath of fresh air for the fans who were looking for a refreshening music. Shot in a rural setting with the characters in African fabrics, full of colour and plush greenery, Freeboy seemed to be the new music sherrif in town.
However, he did not live to the billing. Since the breakthrough, his career has been on steady decline forcing him to relocate to his roots in West Nile district, Arua.
The singer says he is looking for a new manager to get his career back on the road.
While speaking on a local TV station, the singer noted that he is struggling financially and needs a boost to release songs. He has songs written and some are still in the studio due to lack of finances.

Freeboy lost his manager Treggy Eyotre Godwin in March 2021.
