‘Hamza is a king in jail,’ says Olaxes Ismail

Social commentator Olaxes Ismail, aka Kalevu, has described Dr. Hamza Ssebunya as "a king in jail", implying that the relationship dynamic with songstress Rema Namakula is twisted against him.

"Hamza turned into... Hamza is among people I talk about that are called king in jail. The word king in jail is not only in Europe. You can also find yourself in that position here. A king in jail is a person whose life is fine but doesn't have the freedom he or she needs," Ismail said in a video seen by this reporter.

"When they tell them what to do, they have no choice but to respond. You can't tell me, you can study, and become a doctor only to fear being bald. Being bald indicates that you have money, but you see him darkening his with Kiwi... shoe polish. He is trying to hide it. It's not what he wants."

Meanwhile, Namakula, professionally known as Rema, recently said that getting into a relationship with Hamza is one of the best decisions in her life as they celebrated three years of marriage.

She posted on Instagram: "Today marks 4yrs [sic] since I met you. 3 yrs since I introduced you to my family and friends. It's magical how you still give me butterflies 🦋. You are one of my best decisions ever. Cheers to more years of loving and spoiling me😋."

She went on: "My peace and calm.....Happy Anniversary to us papi❤❤❤ NINKUKUNDA MUNONGA [I love you so much.]"

Namakula and Dr. Ssebunya welcomed their first child, Aaliyah Ssebunya, on November 7, 2021.
