Eddy Kenzo heaps praise on Gen. Muhoozi as he joins Team Muhoozi

Earlier this week, the musician was seen in a video in the company of team Muhoozi president and Gen. Muhoozi's uncle Micheal Nuwagira. The video sparked off speculations that he has been signed onto the camp as one of the headline performers to grace campaigns for the foreseeable future.

A few hours after the video surfaced, Kenzo appeared at an event hosted by the team in Kiruhura praising Nuwagira and Muhoozi throughout his performance.

Team Muhoozi is group of Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s friends and fans allegedly pushing the General's presumed presidential ambitions, in a series of nationwide sports and entertainment campaigns.

Kenzo recently abandoned Zex Bilangilangi's album launch party when Bobi Wine, leader of National Unity Platform which is against Gen. Muhoozi's supposedly political group, arrived. The singer claimed that he was only avoiding an encounter with Bobi Wine's security.

The relationship between the two former acquaintances was grown more strained since an audio of Kenzo criticising Bobi Wine surfaced, followed by Bobi Wine leaving Kenzo's messages on 'seen' and eventually in complete silence from the NUP president.

However, Bobi Wine appears to be more focused on his political ambitions and music to reply to any of Kenzo's actions and comments.
