“I will be appearing at one of the national TV stations to promote my book. Was asked 10 songs that I wish to be played during the show. Here we go! Oba ndi falla nyo?” Asan Kasingye tweeted.
Since his retirement earlier this year, the former police spokesman and Interpol boss has been a hit on Twitter where he interacts with his followers and answers burning questions about his career. He also shares moments from his lifestyle away from public service while continuing to advocate for better living in communities.
He has also been working on his first book "Chosen: From The Community To Community Policing and Back To The Community" a 30 million Shillings worth venture sharing his experience. In partnership with a local TV station, he has been promoting the book and when he was asked for a list of songs to feature on the book launch, Kasingye showed an updated and youthful palate of music.
The list is a blend of international hit songs and local hit songs plus a throwback.
